I found Tracksmith easy to use overall. The layout is clean, and I didn’t have any trouble finding sizing details or product info. Checkout was smooth too. My only hesitation is that some of the pages, especially the ones with a lot of photos, loaded slower than I expected. It made me wonder a bit about how polished the overall experience is, even though nothing actually went wrong. Not a major issue, just a little annoying.

The color was spot on, and the shirt looked just like I expected it to. No weird surprises when it arrived, which I really appreciate. Definitely feels like a good buy.

The sizing felt a little tight on me at first, so I reached out and support basically said it should relax a bit after washing. They were right, after one wash, it fit much better and now feels nice overall

I’ve washed the shorts and singlet quite a few times now, they still look almost brand new. No weird shrinking, no fading, nothing annoying like that. They dry quickly on the rack too, which is handy. I just follow the care tag and it’s been super easy so far

I like some of the gear, but the whole brand community thing was bit disappointing for me. I tried joining local run and it felt like everyone already knew each other, so nobody really made room for new person. Maybe it depends on the city, but for brand that talks so much about running culture, it felt a little cliquey. Not terrible or anything, just didn’t feel very welcoming

It definitely arrived later than I expected, no question about that, but it was totally okay in the end. Everything was fine once it got here, so I’m not too bothered.

I bought these shorts for marathon training, i’m kind of picky about running gear, but these really impressed me. I’ve worn them on hot runs and didn’t have any chafing at all, which is a huge win for me. The fit felt right too, not too tight, not too loose. I’m really happy with them and would definitely grab another pair.

I had an issue with my order and they got back to me fast, maybe within an hour or so. They had it sorted out the same day, which was a relief.

I’ll admit I felt a little embarrassed having to deal with the exchange in the first place, but it did end up working out. It just took longer than I expected, so I was kind of awkwardly waiting around for it to get sorted...

I ordered two tops in a medium, and when the package showed up I immediately thought, “Wait… this isn’t right.” One was a small, and the other was a totally different color than what I picked. The tops themselves are really cute, and support did fix it in the end, but it took longer than I expected and I had to send photos too. Not a huge deal, but definitely frustrating when you’re excited to try things on and the order is wrong.

I took this gear out for a spin it felt great right away. Everything moved smoothly, and it gave me that nice fast feeling without being uncomfortable. After using it for a bit, I was still feeling good, which is always a win for me.

I wore this shirt for a longer run and it handled sweat well. It didn’t get that sticky, clingy feeling even after a few miles, which was a nice surprise. Seems like it does what it’s supposed to, right?

I really like the way the Tracksmith pieces fit and feel, and they look great at first. But the durability hasn’t impressed me as much as I expected for the price. One of the shirts started pilling after just a few washes, and the shorts are already starting to look a little tired. I did reach out to support and they were polite, basically saying something like, “Some wear can happen depending on use and washing,” which is fair, but still a bit disappointing. Everything is still wearable, so it’s not a total miss, but I was hoping for better quality overall. Not bad, not great.

Tracksmith definitely isn’t cheap, but honestly... the quality makes the price feel fair. The shorts and shirt I got have held up way better than some cheaper running gear I’ve bought in the past, and the fit is really nice too. I waited for a sale, so the value felt especially good. I’d definitely buy from them again

I ordered from tracksmith mainly because I liked the style, and to be fair, it looks just as good in person. The colors are simple, the logos aren’t obnoxious, and it has that clean, old-school running feel without trying too hard. It definitely feels more grown up than a lot of running gear. That said, it’s not exactly cheap, which is mildly annoying, but I’ll admit I’m happy with how it looks

My order actually showed up quickly, so the main thing I cared about worked out fine. The only downside was that the tracking didn’t update as fast as I expected, so I wasn’t always sure where the package was. Overall, though, it arrived sooner than I thought, so I’m happy with it.

The shorts are nice overall and they fit well, but the pockets are kind of awkward. My phone bounces around when I walk, and my keys never feel very secure in there. I tried asking customer service about it too, but I kept getting transferred around, which was frustrating. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something I wish was better.

I kept seeing a bunch of runners in my area wearing tracksmith, so I finally grabbed a couple of tops to see if they lived up to the hype. the breathability is what impressed me most. I run hot and usually end up totally soaked, but these felt really airy even on a warmer morning. They also dry fast, which makes a big difference on longer runs or when you just don’t want that heavy, sweaty shirt feeling. They’re definitely not cheap, but so far I can see why people seem to swear by them.

I wanted to like this, but it just wasn’t comfy. After wearing it for a bit, that rubbing started to really irritate my skin and ended up leaving it raw. Definitely not something I’d want to use again
